Luke 16:10-15 "Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, ad whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? And if you have not trustworthy with someone else's property, who will give you property of your own? "No servant can serve two masters. Either he will hate one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money." The Pharisees, who loved money, heard all this and were sneering at Jesus. He said to them, "You are the ones who justify yourselves in the eyes of men, but God knows your hearts. What is highly valued among men is detestable in God's sight.
You're either for God or against God. There's no in between. If you say you're in the middle or you're not sure yet, you're definitely not totally on God's side. When it comes to God's plan for you, it's not negotiable. You either obey what He commands of you or your life will be tremendously difficult. God know your heart; he knows what's going on inside of you. Therefore, no matter how hard you might try, there's no escaping God. If Jesus came to live in your house and follow you around all day, every day, would you continue doing some of the things you do? Think about it.
