Romans 12:4-5 Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.
Stop comparing yourself to others. If we were all supposed to be the same then God would've made us that way and not much would get done in the world. God made us differently, which different assets and faults, but for one perpose; to live for Him and praise and worship and do everything for Him, by Him, through Him, because of Him, for the glory of Him. We are His children and He loves us. We're SUPPOSED to be different. Ain't no shame in that. Don't copy others. Copy what God tells you to do. If someone is better at something then you are, that's fine. God has something else for YOU that He wants YOU to do. He thinks of YOU and what your capabilities are. God doesn't say "well, they can't do a good job like the person over there can :(
". God says "I gave them somethingto do, and look, they're doing it :)
