Witness protection:protection of a threatened witness or any person involved in the justice system,including defendants and other clients,before,during and after a trial,usually by police.While a witness may only require protection until the conclusion of a trial,some witnesses are provided with a new identity and may live out the rest of their lives under government protection.
We're all God's witness protection.Whether we think we need it or not,we get it.When we accept God into our lives and surrender to Him,giving our trust to Him,we are born again and given a new name.We get a new identity.The trick with that is to be rid of your old self.You're given room to start all over,take it.And nothing is able to harm you.
Romans 8:38-39 For I am convinced that neither death nor life,neither angels nor demons,neither the present nor the future,nor any powers,neither height nor depth,nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus
